Poutine (pronounced poo-teen) is a dish consisting of french fries topped with fresh cheese curd, covered with brown gravy. The best new food discovery i have come across here in Canada! Great for the waistline too. ;)
hahah OMG Fries with Mozzerella (pronounced Mootz-eh-rrrel not Motts-er-ella)hahahah and gravy is an all time NJ favorite - especially after hitting the clubs - yes Jersey Shore style! hahahaha
